My wife Susan and I had a very restful and delightful stay at Kivelli Apartments and Vagelas and Maria made sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Our apartment was absolutely delightful with room to spare and all amenities that we required. A car is essential to fully appreciate Crete but Milatos has nice resturants and next door is the No Name tavern serving meals and drinks at whatever time of day you require. We travelled to Agios Nikolaos and the Lassithi Plateau which is brilliant and untouched by commerce but I suspect not for long. Milatos will become more commercial as time goes on of that I am certain but presently quiet and simple and truly delightful. Sue and I fully intend to return at the next opportunity which looks like being some time away unfortunately.......
